Agriculture and food processing get organised

India is the second largest producer of fruit and vegetables in the world. It is also the largest milk producer. These facts imply that our farmers are the best converters of solar energy in our country. However our farm produce is not yet optimised for market or for revenue to the farmer. On the one hand you have impoverished farmers committing suicide, and on the other are rich farmers not paying taxes. Meanwhile the industry is missing out on the biggest opportunity in the economy which is food distribution and processing. ...cont´d
