Atlas Titan sets up China subsidiary

Atlas Converting Equipment it has recently completed the incorporation of its new China based subsidiary ACE (Shanghai) Trading Company located in new premises in the Pudong business district of Shanghai. This follows the UK company’s separation from Bobst Group via a Management Buy-out (MBO) in October 2010. The core team for Atlas and Titan at ACE (Shanghai) Trading Company will provide support to both sales and service activities for all Atlas and Titan slitter rewinder customers throughout Greater China, which continues to be a very important market for the company. ...cont´d
