Bellwyck acquires Ace

Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held and family-owned businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Ace Packaging (Ace) to Bellwyck Packaging Solutions (Bellwyck). The transaction closed on November 17, 2011 and was led by MDs Doug Smith, Mike Hammer, and VP Michael Goss. “The offer presented by Bellwyck was creative in addressing the needs of the sellers and was structured very effectively to realize the full potential of the synergies of the companies,” said Mike Hammer, Generational Equity MD. ...cont´d
