Berlin Packaging and Allpak to form one of North America’s largest rigid packaging suppliers
Berlin Packaging acquires Allpak

Chicago-based Berlin Packaging, a leading supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, has completed its acquisition of All-Pak, a Pittsburgh-based packaging supplier. The acquisition brings together two ISO-certified suppliers of rigid packaging products and services with over 50 sales and warehouse locations and sales revenues exceeding US$ 500 million. ...cont´d
