Company now owns a 65 per cent stake in Gordon
Bobst Group finalizes acquisition in China

On 18 January 2011, Bobst Group and Gary Tseng, owner of Gordon, a Hong Kong-based holding company of Shanghai Eternal Machinery, closed their agreement of 7 October 2010. After this acquisition Bobst now has a 65 per cent stake in Gordon, China. Gary Tseng will stay shareholder for the remaining stake of 35 per cent, as well as president of the board of directors and managing director of Gordon. ...cont´d
