Technologies for Enhanced Quality Control and Flexibility
Bosch at FachPack 2012

At FachPack 2012 in Nuremberg, Germany, Bosch Packaging Technology presents a broad range of solutions for the pharmaceutical, food and confectionery industries and also its service portfolio. The company is exhibiting the latest generation of its checkweighing technology, the KWE 6000, which allows advanced production monitoring with its integrated KDS Web webserver. It enables managers to access production data remotely, using a computer or web-enabled mobile device without the need of additional software. This provides users with enhanced control over production, even when they are not on site. By adding the KDS 2000 production analysis software, data can also be stored, analyzed and tracked for up to 50 machines, achieving increased production efficiency. The KWE 6000 checkweigher is designed for easy access and cleaning and meets all technical and organizational conditions required for metrological testing, according to the European Measurement Instrument Directive (MID).
