Automation provides a control over quality
DIC Noida: one of its three automated ink plants in the world

With five base manufacturing facilities across India which produce offset, gravure, flexo and newspaper inks, and offices in all the major cities, DIC’s Noida plant is a state-of-the-art facility. We again visited Utsab Chaudhary, vice president, liquid inks, who generously described the ink manufacturing process. Chaudhary says, “Out of five, three DIC plants are fully automatic, which give us the best quality and also let us govern the intermediate steps during the manufacturing process. ...cont´d
