It seems that most of the international ink manufacturers in India are ready with safer and healthier products but they are still waiting for their customers to use these products more widely. It is not likely that even the large FMCG companies come clean on this issue until the government makes the safety, health and environment requirements of materials and processes used in packaging mandatory.
