For Label Expo 2009 Edelmann Graphics, will present two new developments next to their classic two-cylinder insert technology. Julius Friedrich, Managing Director at Edelmann Graphics, is sure that flexible packaging and label printers will profit from these brand new innovations, “the first of our developments is the combination machine LABEL-PRINT, which will be equipped with a web width of 435 mm and can be run in semi or full rotary mode. The second development is the new range of presses, STAR-PRINT, that is a sleeve based press which is fitted with bearers and will provide the demanding print quality needed in flexible packaging, folding carton and labels.”
