Emballage Trends Area

The new trends area at the show looked at packaging development concerns such as the environment, safety, and cost effectiveness. S Chidambar reports.

Decrease Increase

An interesting new section introduced at this year’s Emballage was the Trends Area. This was an area dedicated to innovation in Packaging and featured the 40 most outstanding innovations displayed at the show. The criteria on which the selection was made were:
– Eco-friendliness
– Cost effectiveness
– Safety
– Convenience
