GEA divests production of packaging materials

Germany's GEA Group AG, provider of process technology and components for food and energy industries, sold its packaging materials unit Convenience Food Systems (CFS) Kempten to Conflex Packaging. CFS Kempten, located in Kempten, Germany, makes packaging materials for food industry. It was part of the CFS Group before it was acquired by GEA in March 2011.
