HNG invests Rs. 321 crores in overseas greenfield expansion
HNG acquires Agenda Glas, Germany

Hindusthan National Glass (HNG), one of the frontrunners in the Indian packaging industry with around 55% market share in the glass packaging segment announced on 12 May that the company is acquiring Agenda Glas, situated in Gardelegen, Germany. The acquisition will entail an investment of Rs. 321 crores over next one year, as reported to stock exchanges. The acquisition will be funded by a combination of debt and equity. ...cont´d
