ITW acquires Wintek Bangalore!

Wintek Flexoprints based in Bangalore in South India, has been acquired by Hyderabad based ITW Signode. ITW Signode in India is a division of ITW India Limited, a subsidiary of Illinois Tool Works incorporated in the USA and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
