Korsnas AB launches new 480 gsm board

In February 2009, the Swedish paper and paperboard manufacturer Korsnas AB introduced a new product: Korsnas Carry 480 gsm. The new grammage was developed especially to meet customer demand for an extra strength board for heavy products and displays. “With this high grammage, we are pushing back the limits of cartonboard packaging -- with all the advantages board offers in terms of print quality, material reduction and efficient distribution before other materials have to take over,” says Rolf Gustafsson, Business Manager for cartonboard.
