Macaran buys Mark Andy P7 and Rotoflex rewinder

On 29 January 2011 Mark Andy announced that Macaran Printed Products has purchased a Performance Series P7 in-line flexo label press. This is the first Performance Series press purchased by the Cohoes, New York, company. The press which is scheduled for delivery in March 2011, complements the Mark Andy LP3000 purchased in 2007 which is currently being upgraded with screen capability. The 8-colour, 17-inch (430 mm) press comes with a combination hot air or UV curing and includes a film package, multiple die stations, delam and relam, a rail-mounted web turn bar and a constant tension laminator. ...cont´d
