Mark Andy Acquires Rotoflex International

MAI Holdings, the group that owns Mark Andy/Comco/UVT curing systems and is a world leader in narrow web presses and converting solutions, has announced that it has acquired Rotoflex International, the industry-leading supplier of web inspection and finishing equipment as part of growth initiatives.
