Bio-based and biodegradable film
New revolutionary biodegradable film for industrial packaging

Eco-Corr is a bio-based and biodegradable film utilizing Cortec’s patented VpCI technology. Cortec claims that this is the first 100% biodegradable Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI) film in the world! The new product is claimed to be highly efficient providing much better tensile strength, tear resistance and ultimate elongation than low density polyethylene (LDPE) films. It is certified under DIN CERTCO DIN EN 13432 (Europe) and the Biodegradable Products Institute ASTM D6400 (USA). Apparently, it is heat and water stable as well, and does not disintegrate or break apart while in use. ...cont´d
