Three subsidiaries will now be known as Oystar North America
Oystar bundles US businesses

24 January 2011. After showing improved results in the second half of the last calendar year, Oystar has announced the bundling of its US businesses under a single corporate umbrella – Oystar North America. To create this corporate appearance, its subsidiaries Oystar Jones (Covington, Kentucky), Oystar USA (Edison, New Jersey) and Oystar Packaging Technologies (Davenport, Iowa) have been brought together with immediate effect.
