Personnel Changes at BASF

On June 4, 2010 the board of executive directors of BASF announced the following changes in its management team. Jacques Delmoitiez (57), currently President of BASF’s Polyurethanes division located in Brussels, Belgium, will become President of BASF’s regional division Europe, located in Ludwigshafen, Germany effective October 1, 2010. The current President, Dr. Walter Seufert (59) is retiring as of September 30, 2010. ...cont´d
