Silgan announces long term agreement with Nestle Purina\'s steel can making assets
Silgan expands partnership with Nestle

US-based packaging firm Silgan Holdings announced that it has completed the acquisition of Nestle Purina PetCare Company’s steel can making assets for its pet food products and entered into a long-term supply agreement with it. Silgan is a supplier of rigid packaging for consumer products with annual net sales of approximately $3.1billion in 2010. ...cont´d
