The president of the Andhra Pradesh Printers’ Association, D Umapathi Reddy has written to Ms. Vijayalaxmi Joshi, IAS at the Directorate of Anti Dumping and Allied Duties of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in New Delhi, strongly suggesting that there is no justification for an anti-dumpting duty on the import of digital CtP plates from China or Japan.
