Sustainable stand up bag for wines

Facino AB, a Swedish importer and contract-packer of wines, has introduced stand-up bags with a dispensing tap as an alternative to theconventional bag-in-box pack. The bag is made from a 3-layer film construction consisting of a 12 micron PET/12 micron metallised PET/150micron HDPE-EVOH-LLDPE coextrusion laminate and is flexo printed in 8 colours. The bag is equipped with a low-profile tap, a punched handlefor easy handling and carriage and has a level indicator on its side.The bags come in 1.5, 2 and 3 litre capacities.
