We normally consider a full UV 6-colour plus coater a dream machine. The KBA Rapida 6 printing units plus coater press with full UV bought by TCPL Packaging for Haridwar is of a slightly higher order than the other dream machines imported into the country so far. It will be the first Indian installation in the 106 cm size -- a highly configured and automated press that can run consistently with both UV and conventional inks on paper and metallised board at the full 18,000 speed, 24/7.
