From 19 to 21 September 2011 the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, popularly known as NIFTEM in association with its knowledge partners, Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) and Shri Ram Institute for Industrial Research (SIIR), organised a 3-day short term training program. Held at the new campus at Kundli, Haryana just north of the Delhi border, the three-day even took up the topic upgradation of food processing skills of in small and medium enterprises.
