Italian company successfully defends its intellectual property
USPTO confirms Manuli Stretch's validity

Manuli Stretch USA has announced that the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has once again confirmed the validity of US Patent No. 6,265,055 (“the ‘055 patent”), which claims a stretch film having seven or more layers. A Notice of Intent to Issue a Reexamination Certificate was issued on 24 May, 2011, and a Reexamination Certificate will be issued in due course by the USPTO. ...cont´d
