Zero pollution plastic bags?

The European Union commission wants to enforce a ban on plastic carrier bags all over Europe. Such a decision by environmentalists and conservationists is the result of extensive pollution caused by disposed plastic carrier bags and the danger it is causing to the land and sea animals.
